My name is May, and I graduated from the American University in Cairo with a Bachelor's degree in marketing. During my time at university, I developed a strong interest in design by exploring various design tutorials on YouTube at the university library. The world of design fascinated me, leading me to realize that I wanted to pursue a career in this field instead.
In my third year of university, I began taking on freelance design projects, which allowed me to gain practical experience and further develop my skills. Since graduating in 2012, I have been actively involved in the design industry, continuously honing my craft.
In 2018, I decided to start my own YouTube channel as a means to motivate myself, improve my design process, and document my journey. Additionally, I wanted to connect with other designers as freelancing can sometimes feel isolating.
